Normal Shipping Times are between 6 -12 Business Days. We make every effort to get your products to you as soon as possible. Times can vary slightly depending on time of year, product, and deliver quantity. If you do not receive your products within this time frame please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Please Be Aware: Our different products are supplied through various distributors and warehouses and as such multiple product orders will not necessarily arrive at the same time. This is normal and to be expected.

Please note: international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. These rates are calculated by your country, and unfortunately we do not have any control over the amount you will be charged. Payments will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery. Customs fees are non-refundable. Customers who reject on international shipment will be responsible for the customs fees and shipped charges to and from your country. Giftsny.us will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 30 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Giftsny.us part.

- Once the return is received, a member from the Giftsny.us team will email you to confirm receipt of the item.
- After inspection for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow Giftsny.us 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
At any point, if you want to cancel your order, please send us to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process the refund immediately upon receiving the request in case the shipment was not processed.
